Data Deletion Request

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data processed by StileSofa at any time.

How to request deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, send an email to info@stilesofa.com including the following information:

  1. Email subject: "Personal data deletion request"
  2. First and last name associated with the account or the correspondence
  3. Email address used to contact us or to register
  4. Any user identifier from social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) linked to our service
  5. A short description of the data you want deleted

Timing

You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 working hours. Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of verifying your identity, as provided by Article 17 GDPR (right to erasure).

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained in order to comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing, accounting, product warranty). In that case we will provide you with the list of retained data and the relevant legal basis.
