Delivery times
The indicative lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, because every product is handcrafted according to your chosen configuration (fabric, colour, size).
Packaging and transport
Every product is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport.
Please check the condition of your product at the moment of delivery.
Products damaged in transit
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos: we will find an appropriate solution. See also the Returns & Refund Policy.
