Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on the website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Order process and contract formation

The contract is formed once we receive your order through the website and send you the corresponding confirmation by email. You can review and change your cart at any time before submitting the order.

For configurable products (fabric, colour, size), the configuration shown in the order confirmation applies.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices shown on the website are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any additional cost is always displayed before you confirm the order.

4. Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

• credit or debit card, through Stripe;
• bank transfer (Paysera account). Instructions and details are sent by email after the order; the order stays pending until the payment is received.

Card details never pass through our servers.

5. Production and order preparation

Products are handcrafted in Italy and Europe, in many cases made to order according to your chosen configuration. Production usually takes 4–6 weeks.

6. Shipping and delivery

Special offer active: delivery is free worldwide, with an indicative lead time of 4–6 weeks. Every product is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport. More details on the Shipping & Delivery page.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order, as described in the Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Custom-made or personalised products may be excluded from withdrawal unless they are defective.

8. Damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue: we will review the request and offer an appropriate solution.

9. Legal conformity warranty

Products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee provided by European consumer law. The commercial warranty stated on the product pages is 2 years; for mattresses it is 7 years.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by improper use or care that does not follow our instructions.

11. Governing law and consumer rights

The contract is governed by Italian law and applicable European legislation. Mandatory provisions that are more favourable to the consumer under the law of their country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
